 Generally, you will not need planning permission to remove any interior walls. However, if you are removing a load-bearing wall/ supporting wall, you will need building regulations, we can handle all of the paperwork filing with building control for you. 

We manage and control all of the aspects from start to the completion. 

We have our own Structural Engineer who will provide drawings of the proposed wall removal along with all of the stress loads & calculations.

The Structural Engineer provides us with detailed information from the size of the steels to install to the type of pad-stone required for the carrying loads.
